To ensure that each customer receives effective and superior customer service and proper credit for returned merchandise, Banilla Games has instituted a mandatory RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy.
To process a warranty claim, advance replacement, return, or repair RMA, call our Banilla Games Team at +1(252) 329-7977 extension #2 for assistance. Contact the Support Team with each item’s reason for creating an RMA and the corresponding serial number. When applicable, provide a return shipping address as well. First, our Support Team will work to troubleshoot any issues over the phone, chat, or via remote Support. If the Support Team can’t resolve the problem, the serial number will help figure out the merchandise’s age, which will determine the type of RMA provided. We will need a return shipping address to finish processing the RMA.
